I have a complaint about NYC Parks and Recreation's, The Computer Resource Center, and the administration; who when you need answers is unresponsive and punitive. If you're denied access to a website you're instructed to contact the administration, and someone is supposed to respond.

At first Ana Campos responded superficially, with the same stock answers one would expect, not really answering. After I took exception to her less then forthcoming attitude she stopped responding altogether.

Now I find out that no one will be allowed in to the computer room unless some member of the staff is there, a practice they eased up on, and now reinstated just to be vindictive. There was no reason to do it since no one was doing anything to warrant it.
